Stages of Installation

SSR Site Specific Report & Site Evaluation

 

Before installation begins, a thorough Site-Specific Report (SSR) is conducted. This assessment is obligatory if planning permission for the sought-after system is required. Although advisable to be done on any system upgrades as the report will be done in accordance with current 2021 EPA code of practice.

The report will raise the below conditions for site and more:

  • Soil Type

  • Water Table level

  • T&P Values for percolation design

  • System PE sizing according to property

Pricing

Smarttanks will assess the SSR report along with the plans for new properties, Or on existing properties we will assess area available and existing site installations. On completion of assessment, we will be able to price your Job out Tailored to your site needs.

Not being a manufacturer of 1 treatment system affords us the opportunity to advise of best suited system and supply cost effective solutions for your site.

Execution of installation

On final agreement of works needed for your site we organise and schedule all materials and contractors needed for your installation. We ensure that your system is installed correctly for long term solutions to your current needs.

Post-Installation

Commissioning of the system and supplying of all certs required. We ensure compliance with all local and national guidelines set out in EPA code of practice 2021.
